Low Energy Mode
Good morning 🌊
What's one tiny thing you can do right now?
No pressure. Even drinking water counts.

Normal planners were built for neurotypical brains. Perlova wasn't.
😩 Normal planners expect you to...
🐚 Perlova works differently
| Normal planners | Perlova |
|---|---|
| ✗ Shows your whole list | ✓ Shows only what fits your energy |
| ✗ Assumes consistency | ✓ Adapts to low-energy days |
| ✗ Rewards completed tasks only | ✓ Counts tiny wins too |
| ✗ Makes missed days feel like failure | ✓ Lets you restart without shame |
| ✗ Built around time | ✓ Built around capacity |
If any of these sound familiar — Perlova was made for exactly this.
When you have 47 tasks and zero starting energy
When a normal planner makes you feel worse, not better
When you need a bare-minimum day — without the shame
When you forgot what you were even supposed to do
When finishing one tiny thing would actually save the day
Simple enough for a low-energy day. Effective enough to actually work.
Low / Medium / High. 5 seconds. No wrong answer.
Only tasks you can realistically handle show up. The rest wait.
One tiny thing. A timer that fits today. No negotiation needed.
Done. Drank water? Win. Replied to one email? Win. It counts.
Forgot it for a week? No guilt. No catching up. Just restart.
Every feature designed to reduce the cost of starting — not add to it.
When everything feels too hard, Perlova shows you only what's possible right now. One button. Zero overwhelm. This is the feature our users call life-changing.
Tasks are tagged Micro, Low, Medium, or High. On a hard day, you only see tasks you can actually do. No shame about the rest.
Can't start anything? Hit 'Pick for me' and Perlova chooses one tiny task. No decisions required. Just start.
Pomodoro presets designed for ADHD: Classic, Sprint, Deep Work, Low Energy, Custom. Start without negotiating with yourself for 40 minutes.
Stop ending every day feeling like you failed. Log every done thing — big or small. Watch proof accumulate that you are, in fact, doing things.
Start each day with a 30-second energy check. Perlova adapts to how you actually feel — not how you think you should feel.
You've probably abandoned apps before. Perlova was built for exactly that.

By default, all your data — tasks, check-ins, wins, energy logs — is stored locally in your browser's localStorage. Nothing is sent to any server. You can export it any time from Settings.
Yes, if you clear localStorage or use a private browsing window, local data will be lost. We strongly recommend using the Export feature (Settings → Export) to back up your data regularly. Cloud sync with an account is coming soon.
You get your first 7 tiny wins free — no credit card, no countdown. They're usage-based, so they only count when you actually complete or log a win. After that, a one-time payment of $47 unlocks lifetime access. No subscriptions, no renewals, ever.
Because ADHD brains forget apps, abandon planners, and come back later. A calendar trial punishes exactly that. Your 7 free tiny wins only count when you actually use Perlova — no pressure, no countdown.
0 = Crashed (barely functioning), 1 = Very low, 2 = Surviving, 3 = Okay, 4 = Good. There's no wrong answer. Perlova uses your score to show you tasks you can actually do today — Micro tasks on low days, full list on good days.

Not yet — but it's on the roadmap. For now, you can use the onboarding flow to add your most important tasks manually. The import/export feature (JSON) is available in Settings.
No pressure. No perfect streaks. No credit card. Just one tiny win to start.
