Where is my data stored?+

By default, all your data — tasks, check-ins, wins, energy logs — is stored locally in your browser's localStorage. Nothing is sent to any server. You can export it any time from Settings.

Will clearing my browser delete my data?+

Yes, if you clear localStorage or use a private browsing window, local data will be lost. We strongly recommend using the Export feature (Settings → Export) to back up your data regularly. Cloud sync with an account is coming soon.

Is Perlova free?+

What do the energy levels (0–4) mean?+

0 = Crashed (barely functioning), 1 = Very low, 2 = Surviving, 3 = Okay, 4 = Good. There's no wrong answer. Perlova uses your score to show you tasks you can actually do today — Micro tasks on low days, full list on good days.

Is this a medical app or therapy tool?+

No. Perlova is a general wellness and productivity tool. It is not a medical device, therapy platform, or clinical intervention. Nothing in Perlova constitutes medical advice. For ADHD diagnosis or treatment, please work with a qualified healthcare professional.

Can I import data from other apps?+

Not yet — but it's on the roadmap. For now, you can use the onboarding flow to add your most important tasks manually. The import/export feature (JSON) is available in Settings.
