Perlova is a general wellness and productivity tool. It is not a medical device, therapy platform, or clinical intervention.

Nothing in Perlova constitutes medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation. If you have concerns about ADHD, mental health, or medication, please speak with a qualified healthcare professional.

Perlova is designed to complement — not replace — professional support.

Core features are free, always. These include: • Daily check-ins and energy tracking • Task management with energy levels • Low Energy Mode • Focus timer (all presets including Custom) • Wins Log • Pearl Week onboarding

Premium features (coming soon) will include cloud sync, advanced analytics, and additional customisation options. Pricing will be transparent and clearly communicated before any charge. There will never be a surprise subscription.

You own your data. All of it, always.

By default, your data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers. If you create an account, you grant Perlova a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

We do not claim ownership of any content you enter into Perlova. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

You agree not to use Perlova to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or compromise the service • Impersonate others or submit false information • Use the service in any way that could harm other users

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these terms.

Perlova is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it available and functional, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

Because data is stored locally by default, we are not liable for data loss caused by clearing browser storage. We strongly recommend exporting your data regularly (Settings → Export).

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Perlova.

We may update these Terms of Service. When we do, we will update the date below and notify users of material changes via the app or email.

Continued use of Perlova after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
