These terms cover ADHD Pearls (adhdpearls.com) as a whole — the Perlova planner, our free interactive tools and games, articles and guides, printable resources, and paid digital products such as the No-Shame Reset Workbook and the ADHD Perimenopause Tracker.

Everything we offer is a general wellness, educational, and productivity resource. It is not a medical device, therapy platform, or clinical intervention. Nothing here constitutes medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation. Our quizzes and games cannot diagnose ADHD or any condition.

If you have concerns about ADHD, mental health, hormones, or medication, please speak with a qualified healthcare professional. ADHD Pearls is designed to complement — not replace — professional support.

Perlova is free to try. Your first 7 tiny wins are free — no account and no credit card required. These wins are usage-based, not a time-limited trial: they only count when you actually complete or log a win inside the app, so you can step away and come back later without losing them.

After your 7 free tiny wins, full access is a one-time payment of $47 (USD). This unlocks lifetime access — you pay once and keep it forever. Perlova is not a subscription: there are no recurring charges, no renewals, and no hidden fees.

If Perlova isn't right for you, email hello@adhdpearls.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.

Some printable resources and digital products — such as the No-Shame Reset Workbook and the ADHD Perimenopause Tracker — are sold separately. Their price, contents, and refund terms are shown at the point of purchase before you pay.

You own your data. All of it, always.

By default, your data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers. If you create an account, you grant Perlova a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

We do not claim ownership of any content you enter into Perlova. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

You agree not to use Perlova to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or compromise the service • Impersonate others or submit false information • Use the service in any way that could harm other users

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these terms.

Perlova is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it available and functional, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

Because data is stored locally by default, we are not liable for data loss caused by clearing browser storage. We strongly recommend exporting your data regularly (Settings → Export).

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Perlova.

We may update these Terms of Service. When we do, we will update the date below and notify users of material changes via the app or email.

Continued use of Perlova after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
