Privacy Policy

Perlova is designed with privacy first. By default, all your data — tasks, check-ins, wins, energy levels, settings — is stored locally in your browser's localStorage. No account is required. No data leaves your device unless you choose to create an account.

If you create an account in the future, we will collect your email address and the data you choose to sync. We will always be explicit about what is and isn't synced.

Perlova stores information about your energy levels, mood, sleep, medication reminders, and ADHD-related habits. This data is deeply personal.

We treat it accordingly: • It is used exclusively to personalise your experience within the app. • It is never sold, licensed, or shared with third parties for advertising or analytics purposes. • It is never used to train AI models without your explicit, informed consent. • When stored locally, it never leaves your device.

We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages are most useful. We do not use third-party tracking pixels, behavioural advertising cookies, or session replay tools.

No personal data is included in analytics. We do not share analytics data with ad networks.

Local data: Stored in your browser's localStorage. Cleared if you clear your browser data. We recommend exporting your data regularly (Settings → Export) if you rely on it.

Cloud data (account users, when available): Stored in encrypted databases. Transmitted over HTTPS only. We will publish our security practices in full when cloud sync launches.

You have the right to: • Use Perlova without creating an account or sharing any personal data. • Export all your data at any time from Settings → Export. • Delete all your data at any time from Settings → Delete all data (this is irreversible). • Request deletion of any account data by emailing hello@adhdpearls.com.

We will respond to all data requests within 30 days.

Perlova is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at hello@adhdpearls.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date below and, for material changes, notify users via the app or email. Continued use of Perlova after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
