Privacy Policy

Our approach depends on how you use ADHD Pearls.

In-app data (the Perlova planner and our free interactive tools): By default, the data you create — tasks, check-ins, wins, energy levels, tracker entries, settings — is stored locally in your browser's localStorage. No account is required and this data does not leave your device.

Data you share with us directly: When you email us, submit the contact form, sign up for our newsletter, request a free printable, claim a game reward, leave a review, or buy a product, you provide information such as your name, email address, your message, and (for purchases) billing details handled by our payment processor. We collect this so we can deliver what you asked for and reply to you.

Some of our tools store information that is deeply personal — your energy levels, mood, sleep, medication reminders, and ADHD-related habits. The ADHD Perimenopause Tracker, in particular, can hold symptom, menstrual-cycle, sleep, and medication entries.

We treat this data with care: • It is stored locally in your browser by default and is used only to provide the tool to you. • It is never sold, licensed, or shared with third parties for advertising. • It is never used to train AI models without your explicit, informed consent. • Because it is stored on your device, you can export or delete it at any time, and clearing your browser data removes it.

ADHD Pearls is a general wellness tool, not a medical device. Nothing here is medical advice, a diagnosis, or treatment.

When you subscribe to our newsletter, download a free printable (such as the Dopamine Menu or a reset kit), or unlock a game reward, we collect your email address and add it to our email marketing platform so we can send you the resource and occasional ADHD Pearls updates.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Contact-form messages are used solely to respond to you, not to add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Paid products — Perlova lifetime access ($47), the No-Shame Reset Workbook, and the ADHD Perimenopause Tracker and bundle — are processed by Stripe, our payment provider.

When you buy, your card details are entered directly with Stripe and are processed on their secure systems. We do not see or store your full card number. We receive confirmation of the purchase and limited details (such as your email and the product bought) so we can give you access and provide support. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.

Our paid products are digital: app access, downloadable PDFs, and browser-based tools. Access or download links are delivered by email or unlocked in your browser after purchase.

If a product isn't right for you, email hello@adhdpearls.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Specific product terms are shown at the point of purchase.

We use analytics tools to understand how many people visit the site and which pages are most useful. Specifically:

• Google Analytics 4 — tracks page views, session data, and general usage patterns. Sets cookies prefixed with _ga. Data is processed by Google. • Clicky — tracks page views and basic visitor stats. No behavioural advertising. • Vercel Analytics — privacy-friendly, anonymous usage data. No cookies set.

We ask for your consent before loading Google Analytics or Clicky. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies and localStorage.

We do not use session replay tools, behavioural advertising cookies, or third-party ad pixels. We do not share analytics data with ad networks.

Local data: Stored in your browser's localStorage. Cleared if you clear your browser data. We recommend exporting your data regularly (Settings → Export) if you rely on it.

Cloud data (account users, when available): Stored in encrypted databases. Transmitted over HTTPS only. We will publish our security practices in full when cloud sync launches.

You have the right to: • Use Perlova without creating an account or sharing any personal data. • Export all your data at any time from Settings → Export. • Delete all your data at any time from Settings → Delete all data (this is irreversible). • Request deletion of any account data by emailing hello@adhdpearls.com.

We will respond to all data requests within 30 days.

Perlova is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at hello@adhdpearls.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date below and, for material changes, notify users via the app or email. Continued use of Perlova after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
