Perlova · ADHD Planner App
Perlova helps you choose one doable next step, focus for the amount of time your brain can handle, and build visible progress without broken streaks, overdue screens, or another subscription.
No card. No countdown. Then $47 once if it helps.

Why planners end up abandoned
Most planners ask you to prioritize a long list, estimate time, remember to reopen the system, and keep a streak alive before you have done the first task. On a low-capacity day, the planner becomes one more thing to manage.
When everything stays visible, deciding what to do can take more energy than doing it.
A schedule created on a good day can become impossible when today's capacity is different.
Broken streaks and overdue screens make reopening the planner feel like facing evidence of failure.
If the productivity tool needs constant maintenance, it joins the app graveyard.

A smaller gap between stuck and started
Perlova reduces decisions first, then helps you act.
Choose the level that matches how today actually feels.
Your task view narrows to actions that match your current capacity.
Use a short preset, classic Pomodoro-style session, deeper work block, or custom time.
Completed actions become visible progress instead of disappearing from memory.
Your first seven completed wins are free. Read the full walkthrough.
Task paralysis support
A long list keeps asking your brain to compare, prioritize and decide. Right Now strips the decision down to one useful step—or an even smaller micro task when that is all today can hold.
What does Perlova do when I feel stuck?
Perlova reduces the number of decisions in front of you. The Right Now view shows one manageable action or a smaller micro task, so you can begin without sorting through the entire planner.

Energy-based planning
Perlova begins with a five-level energy check-in. You can also record mood, sleep, medication, triggers, gratitude and body notes—but only the fields that feel useful to you.
What is energy-based planning?
Energy-based planning matches the difficulty of a task to the capacity you have now, instead of assuming every day or every hour feels the same.
More on energy-based planning.

A task list that can get smaller
A task can be useful and still be wrong for this moment. Perlova lets you tag and filter tasks by effort, so a low-energy day does not open on a wall of high-demand work.
The goal is not to finish the biggest task. The goal is to find the next task your current brain can enter.

ADHD focus timer
The classic 25-minute Pomodoro is one option, not a rule. Perlova includes 5, 10, 15, 25, 45 and 60-minute presets, plus custom time, so you can begin with the interval your brain can handle today.
The timer sits beside the task you already chose. You do not need a separate timer app, another tab or a perfect four-session routine.
What is an ADHD Pomodoro timer?
An ADHD Pomodoro timer uses a visible focus interval and a defined stopping point to make starting feel smaller. Perlova keeps the classic 25-minute option but also allows shorter, longer and custom intervals because one fixed cycle does not fit every person or every day.

Progress without streaks
Finished actions are easy to forget. Unfinished actions are not. Perlova's Wins Log keeps a visible record of what you completed, including the tiny things that usually disappear from your mental accounting.
Missing a day does not erase what you already did.

Gentle repeatable structure
Morning and evening routines are useful only when you can return to them after life interrupts. Perlova lets you build repeatable steps and daily habits without turning one missed checkbox into a failed system.

Patterns without pressure
Your dashboard brings together energy trends, recent wins, check-ins and habits. The purpose is not to grade your week. It is to help you notice what was happening on the days that felt easier or harder.
Patterns are informational and reflect what you record. They are not medical conclusions or a diagnosis.

Private by design
Perlova does not require an account to begin. Tasks, check-ins, wins and settings are stored in the browser you are using by default rather than being uploaded to an ADHD Pearls account.
That privacy choice has a real trade-off: clearing your browser storage can remove the data, and progress does not automatically sync between devices. Perlova therefore includes export and import so you can create your own backup.

Perlova is a browser-based ADHD planner app that matches tasks to your current energy, reduces the list to a manageable next step, includes a flexible focus timer, and tracks progress through Tiny Wins instead of streaks.
Many planners begin with a schedule or a full task list. Perlova begins with current capacity. It filters what you see, gives you a one-task Right Now view, allows shorter or custom focus sessions, and does not punish missed days with a broken streak.
Yes. Perlova includes Pomodoro-style focus and break modes, preset intervals from 5 to 60 minutes, and custom time. The classic 25-minute interval is available, but it is not mandatory.
Your trial is usage-based rather than time-based. A win is used when you complete a task or log a win. Opening the app, checking your energy or creating a task does not consume a free win.
No. After the seven free wins, Perlova costs $47 once for lifetime access. There are no recurring monthly or annual charges.
No account and no credit card are required to start. Open the browser app and use your first seven completed wins free.
By default, Perlova stores your tasks, check-ins, wins and settings in your browser. The data does not automatically sync between devices. You can export and import a backup from Settings.
Perlova is designed to reduce the decisions that often make starting harder. Its Right Now view, micro-task suggestions, energy filters and focus timer can provide a smaller entry point. It is a productivity and general wellness tool, not medical treatment.
Yes. Perlova is browser-based and mobile-friendly. Because data is stored locally by default, automatic device-to-device sync is not currently included.
After purchasing lifetime access, you can email hello@adhdpearls.com within 30 days for a full refund under the current refund policy.
Check in with the energy you have, choose one doable step, and let that be enough for today.
